What it doesn't cover

Parts and appliances — these are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which we help you claim
Damage from misuse, accidents or work later done by someone else
New blockages from foreign objects, fats or tree roots regrowing after clearing
Existing problems you chose not to have repaired after we pointed them out

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this guarantee.

Pricing questions

How does the $0 call-out work?

The $0 call-out fee applies when you go ahead with the quoted work. If you decide not to proceed after we have attended and quoted, a $49 dispatch fee applies.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. We inspect the problem, explain your options and give you a price. Work only starts once you've approved it.

What if you find something else during the job?

We stop and talk to you first. Any extra work is quoted and only goes ahead with your approval.

Do after-hours emergencies cost more?

After-hours rates can differ from business hours. We'll tell you the cost on the phone before we head out.

How do I pay?

You receive an itemised invoice when the job is complete. Ask us about payment options when booking.
