CM Plumbing & Gas Services ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, phone number, email (if given), suburb, the service you need, your description of the problem and any photo you upload.
• Phone calls and emails you make to us.
• Website usage: pages visited, the device and browser used, how you arrived at the site (for example, a Google search or ad) and whether you used the call or quote buttons.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, quote, schedule and carry out work, and invoice you.
• To follow up after a job, including asking whether you'd like to leave a review.
• To understand which pages and advertising bring in enquiries so we can improve our website and marketing.

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it where needed to do the job (for example, with a supplier or your insurer at your request) or where required by law.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. Netlify may store data on servers outside Australia. Uploaded photos are used only to help us understand your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to measure how people use our website and how well our advertising works. These services use cookies and similar technologies. You can accept or decline these cookies at any time using the cookie settings. Declining doesn't stop the website working.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@cmplumbing.au or calling 0420 318 064. If you're not happy with how we've handled a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
