Frequently asked questions

Why does my drain keep blocking?

Repeat blockages usually mean something in the pipe is catching debris — tree roots, a cracked or sunken section, or a build-up of grease. A camera inspection shows exactly what it is.

Are chemical drain cleaners safe to use?

We recommend avoiding them. They rarely clear a real blockage, can damage older pipes and make the job hazardous for the plumber.

Will you need to dig up my yard?

Most blockages are cleared without digging. If a pipe is damaged, we explain the options, including no-dig repairs where they suit.
